The hotel is in a good location, but the rooms had some issues like being partially flooded and outdated. The service was exceptional with helpful staff and secure parking. The dining was disappointing without breakfast options. Convenient for getting around Athens.

Though lacking sound insulation, the rooms need major renovations due to issues like water leakage from the ceiling causing electrical problems. The location offers easy access to public transport, beaches, and dining options, but some rooms face noisy main roads. Dining is basic with room-delivered meals. Overall, the facilities need improvement, but the value is decent for the price paid.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious with a spectacular view from the rear and had a nice kitchenette. The service was extremely helpful and welcoming, especially during my sailing week. The location was really good, across the road from the Marina and beaches, and close to public transport. Although the dining options were limited to simple tea/coffee and toast, the overall experience was fantastic.

The dining experience was basic, bordering on not-so-good. Overall, a valuable stay with some room for improvement.
